Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using creatordirectory.io (the "Site"), operated by CreatorDirectory LLC, of Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 73, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.

2. Nature of the Service

CreatorDirectory is an independent discovery and advertising platform. We provide search, browsing, and category tools to help users find independent content creators, and we display links to creators' profiles hosted on third-party platforms. We do not host, produce, sell, or control any adult content. Any content you access by following a link from this Site is hosted on, and governed by the terms of, the relevant third-party platform.

3. No Affiliation

CreatorDirectory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans, Fenix International Limited, or any other third-party platform referenced or linked to on this Site. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced are the property of their respective owners.

4. Advertiser Accounts

If you register an account to list or advertise profiles on the Site ("Advertiser"), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself and any profiles you submit
  • Only submit profiles you are authorised to represent
  • Not submit content that is illegal, involves minors in any way, or violates the rights of any third party
  • Comply with our content and conduct standards (see Section 5)

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any submitted profile or content at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Site to promote, submit, or link to:

  • Any content involving minors
  • Content obtained or shared without the subject's consent
  • Content that is illegal in the jurisdictions the Site operates in or is accessed from
  • Misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating profiles

6. Advertising, Bidding, and Payments

The Site operates a cost-per-click ("CPC") advertising system. Advertisers set bid amounts for placement, subject to a minimum bid set by us from time to time. Placement and ranking may be influenced by bid amount and other relevance factors. We bill based on tracked, verified clicks and use fraud-detection measures to exclude invalid clicks from billing. Account balances must remain sufficient to cover billed activity; we may suspend or limit advertising for accounts with insufficient balance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, code, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Advertisers retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a licence to display it on the Site for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listed profile, and we are not responsible for the conduct, content, or practices of any third-party platform linked from the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
